Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Allentown, PA in their search for a Sales Representative! Sales Representative Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $39-40k/year
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Allentown, PA
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound calls, and self-sourcing
Conduct consultative sales calls to identify client needs and present tailored solutions
Deliver product demonstrations and explain features/benefits effectively
Manage sales pipeline, document activity in CRM, and schedule follow-ups
Close deals and contribute to revenue growth for the team
Sales Representative Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and confident phone presence
Experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/online tools
Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
Motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
