Your Role:
In this client-facing position, youll be instrumental in guiding prospective borrowers through our lending programs. You’ll explain product offerings, assess fit, support the closing process, and maintain strong communication across various channels including phone, email, and text. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, customer-first professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition, lending products, and processes
Drive loan originations through a consultative sales approach
Meet or exceed monthly origination goals ($5M+ per month expected)
Build and nurture relationships to encourage repeat business
Communicate with borrowers via phone, email, and SMS
Maintain availability beyond standard business hours to meet client needs
Attend in-person onboarding (first week) and quarterly office visits
Qualifications:
3+ years of success in commercial or investor-focused residential lending
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficient with office technology (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Existing book of business preferred
