Senior Live Streaming Engineer

Responsibilities:
Architect, deploy, and operate end-to-end live streaming workflows for major live sports events
Own the signal path from ingest through encoding, packaging, and global delivery
Troubleshoot live stream issues in real time, including signal integrity, ad markers, and SCTE-35 triggers
Lead technical projects from concept to launch, coordinating timelines across engineering, operations, and vendors
Serve as a senior escalation point for broadcast engineering and live event operations
Manage key vendor relationships, including onboarding new partners and resolving critical issues
Document workflows, runbooks, and system architecture to strengthen team knowledge and operational readiness
Partner closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth, reliable event broadcasts

Salary range: $140,000-$165,000 USD
