Responsibilities

- Conduct ongoing user research to inform digital strategy and product direction.
- Develop personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to guide design decisions.
- Lead usability testing, design reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure high-quality experiences.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into clear, actionable insights.
- Identify and resolve experience challenges by proposing practical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and software engineers for seamless implementation.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to drive alignment and action.
- Pilot and evaluate new AI-enabled research and design tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Stay informed on AI advancements to shape and future-proof user experiences.

Required Skills and Experience

- 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong foundation in human-centered design.
- 1+ year working with AI-powered tools in design, research, or synthesis.
- Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, HCI, Digital Strategy, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and design reviews.
- Experience working with Jira or similar agile tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate independently.
- Strong research, usability testing, and experience synthesis abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Juno Beach, FL.
