3D Character Artist (Realistic)

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Art Director and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality character assets;

Iterate on feedback from the Art Director/ stakeholders and refine assets to final quality;

Contribute to art‑team meetings with constructive input and support;

Model, sculpt and texture realistic clothing, facial features and hairstyles.

Qualifications

Realistic clothing creation skills (Marvelous Designer,ZBrush, any 3D package, UV tiling, baking, SubstancePainter);

Realistic hair creation skills (xGen/manual cards, CGCurve workflows) - nice-to-have;

Experience with Unreal Engine 5;

Expert knowledge of several major 3D &2D packages (3dsMaxorMaya, ZBrush, Photoshop, Substance) and the techniques for characters, creatures and costumes;

Deep technical understanding of modern pipelines, clean topology and polished sculpts;

Proven ability to take an approved concept and push it to a refined 3D production level;

Self-motivated and diligent, with established habits of tracking their tasks and seeking answers when needed.

A team player who is comfortable with the repetitive nature of game production and willing to take on a variety of roles beyond day-to-day responsibilities when there’s a need or opportunity.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to receive, interpret, analyze, and implement direction and changes from the Art Director and other stakeholders.

At least В1 English level.
