Make informed operational decisions related to production logistics, staffing, scheduling, and execution
4. Contractor & Vendor Management

Identify, coordinate, and manage videographers, editors, production contractors, and external vendors
Oversee contractor timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations
Manage production budgets, contractor costs, and logistical planning associated with media projects
Ensure all external partners execute work aligned to Summit K12 brand and production standards
5. Post-Production Oversight

Oversee editors and editing contractors to ensure timely, high-quality completion of marketing videos and customer deliverables
Coordinate review cycles, revisions, approvals, and final distribution
Ensure production assets and files are organized, archived, and maintained appropriately
6. Marketing & Brand Content Support

Support the expansion of Summit K12's marketing video and storytelling capabilities
Coordinate the production of customer success stories, promotional videos, event recap videos, and other strategic marketing content
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Events, and Leadership teams to bring concepts to life through media production
