UX/UI Designer IV

• Product Discovery: Lead workshops and collaborate with Product Owners to gather requirements, map user journeys, and define high level workflows and prioritization.
• Strategy & Vision: Define UX principles, platform-wide interaction patterns, and a scalable design approach that aligns with business goals.
• Design System: Create and maintain a standard layout framework, component library, tokens (spacing, color, type), and Storybook/Figma artifacts for reuse across teams.
• Detailed UX Design: Produce end to end storyboards, task flows, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes for all prioritized workflows (upload, processing, results, admin, etc.).
• LLM Integration: Identify and design LLM augmentation opportunities (assistive search, auto-summaries, contextual prompts), define prompt patterns, and propose safe/fallback flows.
• Engineering Collaboration: Provide engineering recommendations for stack choices, API/data contracts needed for the UI, and performance/observability requirements; work closely through handoff. Make contributions to UI development as necessary.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present designs and roadmaps to Product, Engineering and leadership

Validation: Iterate through the improvements of dev complete interfaces to ensure user requirements are met and provide feedback to the team.

Good to have:
• Experience building UIs with React frameworks.
• Experience testing UI
• Previous credentials building Agentic experiences
