Role Responsibilities

Utilize Notion daily to execute assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency

Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion for AI training processes

Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks in Notion, proposing actionable improvements

Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for effective Notion usage

Document processes and maintain up-to-date records in Notion databases

Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization to the customer’s team

Requirements

Have a minimum of hands‑on experience as a user of Notion

Possess strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, conveying ideas clearly and professionally

Be detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data handling

Be self‑motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a remote work environment
