Driving strategic channel partnerships, the full-time Regional Channel Manager for Texas will develop and expand relationships with resellers and technology partners, generate sales-qualified leads, and deliver partner training initiatives in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities

Develop and recruit strategic channel partnerships to drive recurring revenue growth
Generate sales-qualified pipeline through partner engagement and demand generation campaigns
Conduct regular partner business reviews focused on pipeline growth and revenue performance

Required qualifications

3-5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience in Unified Communications or related technologies
Proven success in generating partner-driven pipeline and achieving revenue growth
Established relationships with telecom agents, distributors, and technology consultants in the region
Strong understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, and cloud communications technologies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
