Key responsibilities
Influence customers to purchase services by following a structured sales process and providing accurate product information
Manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining effective communication with customers and team members
Follow up with potential customers through various communication channels as needed
Required qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2+ years of sales or call center experience required
Telecommunications experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with SalesForce or similar tools preferred
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
