Key responsibilities
Own segment-level revenue targets and execute multi-quarter growth plans
Lead and develop high-performance sales teams, establishing performance expectations and coaching leaders
Collaborate with various departments to enhance forecasting accuracy and drive customer success
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with significant leadership responsibility
Proven track record of exceeding regional or segment-level revenue targets
Experience in driving forecast accuracy and operational discipline at scale
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Deep experience in cross-functional leadership across Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success
