We are a female-led, mid-sized studio based in the heart of San Francisco, with a passion for creative collaboration, intentional interiors, and fun, kind people. About The Role RBD is seeking an experienced, dynamic Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to join the firm in direct support of the Principal. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day executive needs of the Principal, while helping elevate and market the RBD brand through impactful marketing initiatives. This is a full time, in-studio position located in San Francisco. Responsibilities Principal Support

Strategically plan, organize, and manage the Principal's calendar, communications, and travel Review and file Principal's email correspondence; monitor for urgent and timely requests, respond on behalf of Principal when necessary Effectively prioritize & protect Principal's time, while respecting deadlines across various teams Travel with Principal when necessary for meetings & events Record use of Principal's time across all studios & engagements, internal & external Coordinate & carry out personal tasks as needed, including day-to-day errands & lunches

Marketing Relations & Coordination

Serve as point-of-contact with our PR firm & brand marketing partners; organize & execute collaborative PR initiatives and marketing plans Liaise with PR firm on media placements, editorial & award submissions and pitches; compose project briefs, descriptions, and media responses on behalf of Principal Support & facilitate RBD's social media strategy Collaborate with Principal, Designers, Photographers, & Stylists on planning & production of project photoshoots Monitor Principal & project calendars to align with photoshoots, media events & brand initiatives Oversee branding touch points including gifting, branded communication & marketing collateral Ensure website is maintained and up-to-date with current projects, staff, and studio content

Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of experience in a marketing, public relations or executive operations role Ability to work on multiple projects, and manage schedules & deliverables across various teams Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills Proven organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software required Proficiency with Google Workspace a plus Located in San Francisco or able to commute to San Francisco daily A love of interior design and a desire to work with fun, kind people
