We are seeking a driven Paid Media Specialist to join our Client Services team and execute marketing campaigns for our portfolio of high-end hospitality clients.
The Paid Media Specialist is a motivated, agile marketer with digital marketing experience who is eager to grow their skillset. This position is perfect for a junior-to-mid-level professional who can juggle multiple projects, take initiative on new challenges, and deliver exceptional work across campaign management, content, and digital platform execution.
Working with luxury travel brands, you'll contribute to a diverse range of projects in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence, and a strong commitment to quality.
Campaign Execution - Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth execution of multi-channel marketing strategies
Paid Advertising - Build, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) campaigns aligned with client objectives
Budget Oversight - Allocate and monitor digital ad spend across client accounts to hit performance benchmarks
Performance Analysis - Track campaign metrics, create reports, and deliver insights that drive optimization and results
Content Development - Write ad copy and develop messaging for various digital marketing initiatives
Hands-on experience launching and managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Hotel Ads preferred), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
Demonstrated ability with account setup tasks including new account creation, payment method configuration, and troubleshooting platform issues
Experience planning and executing programmatic display (and CTV) campaigns with DSP partners
Strong analytical capabilities with expertise interpreting data, spotting trends, and optimizing based on performance
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms
Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, or similar)
Excellent communication skills and comfort interfacing with clients
Solid project management skills with sharp attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
Analytics-Focused - You understand paid advertising KPIs inside and out. You connect data to tactics, recommend optimizations based on results, and can test and interpret campaign outcomes.
Takes Initiative - You own projects from start to finish.
