About the Role
As a Sales Account Manager – Washington, you will lead strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and promote our trusted brands and exceptional clinicians across a defined region. You will expand the referral network, increase market share, and strengthen our presence in the communities.
What You Will Do
Develop and follow an effective call strategy for the assigned region to increase referral outcomes of existing and potential partners.
Report regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on status, progress, and challenges.
Communicate effectively with leadership on goals, strategies, and outcomes.
Build relationships with customers and community leaders in the region.
Collaborate with Clinic Directors, Therapy staff, Business Office staff, and peers.
Present company information, service array, and outcomes data to existing and potential partners.
Use reporting and data tools to convey the quality and clinical excellence of our team.
Identify opportunities for publicity, coordinate community events, and attend regional meetings as requested.
Present company information and outcomes data using appropriate medical terminology.
Complete other duties as assigned.
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales.
2+ years of sales and marketing experience to physicians, medical offices, or related fields.
Medical/Healthcare sales experience is a positive.
Experience in a team lead role with mentoring, developing, and coaching peers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in an environment with multiple objectives.
Confident and persuasive sales process guidance.
Strong customer prospecting skills.
Ability to sell intangible concepts such as ideas and solutions.
Flexible, adaptive, engaging, and enthusiastic.
Self-starter requiring limited supervision.
Resourceful, inventive, thorough, and diligent.
Competitive and determined to win.
Ability to build business relationships with customers and community leaders.
Conditions of the Position
Travel up to 70% of the time within the assigned region.
Exposure to road travel and clinical environments such as hospitals, physician offices, and clinics.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000.
Estimated pay ranges listed above are based on several factors including but not limited to pay class, experience, background and geographic location of the clinic.
