Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to identify strategy and approach for rate cases and tariff filings.
Develop and maintain all policies, processes, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee modeling and analysis of rate base, cost of services, rate design, and other items for rate cases and rate timing studies.
Develop assumptions for volume and revenue budgeting and forecasting based on market analysis, contractual provisions, and regulatory considerations.
Integrate regulatory strategy with business, capital, and financial planning.
Provide research and education on regulatory issues.
Coordinate workforce planning and career development activities for direct employees.
Develop budgets, plans, and forecasts; conduct regular cost analysis.
Mentor others and hold team accountable for performing all work in accordance with requirements, standards, policies, procedures, and processes.
Lead responses to FERC and other regulatory agency data requests and compliance requirements.
Execute end‑to‑end FERC certificate filings, including major expansions, abandonments, prior notices, blanket certificates, 2.55(b) reports, and related regulatory submissions.
Drive certificate and compliance strategies that align regulatory outcomes with business objectives.
Qualifications

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Safety as an utmost priority.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
Extensive knowledge of FERC regulations and accounting requirements/processes.
Experience in leading regulatory compliance activities for interstate pipelines and storage facilities.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or management experience.
Minimum ten (10) years of relevant accounting experience.
Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Other Requirements

Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Extensive knowledge of FERC regulations and accounting requirements/processes.
