Job Summary

We are seeking a

Senior PPC Manager

with deep expertise in Google Ads and paid social platforms, who can own performance across multiple client accounts. This role requires a

strategic thinker and strong copywriter —someone who can craft high-performing ad copy within full campaign structures and consistently deliver against CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.

You’ll be responsible not just for execution, but for

end-to-end campaign strategy , including messaging, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and scale high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads

Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to different audience segments and funnel stages

Develop complete ad sets that demonstrate clear strategic thinking and structured messaging

Own daily campaign performance and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets

Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities

Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools like AgencyAnalytics and Looker Studio

Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to align on strategy and execution

Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations directly to clients

Manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, agency-style environment

Requirements

4+ years of PPC experience in a digital marketing agency (non-negotiable)

Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality ad copywriting within full campaign structures

Proven experience as a Senior PPC Manager handling multiple client accounts

Advanced expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max

Demonstrated success across both eCommerce and lead-generation campaigns

Deep understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and funnel optimization

High proficiency in analytics and reporting—comfortable working with performance data

Experience with tools such as AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, Microsoft Clarity, Opteo, and SEMrush

Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present to clients

Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
