Digital Minds is looking for an

Account Executive

to join its team in Athens. You will be joining an international team of dynamic, fun and innovative individuals.

As an account executive you will actively be supporting the Brands Partnerships department in executing and managing branded deals for Digital Minds’ influencers. You will also assist in executing other activities organized to develop and grow branded presence on online video platforms.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Account Managers to ensure seamless campaigns’ execution.

Respond to day-to-day brand requests and resolve issues as the primary support to the Account Managers.

Manage the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting.

Manage the influencer database and ensure it is up-to-date.

Negotiate, and manage influencer contracts and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Provide influencers with clear and timely briefs, and ensure that deliverables are submitted on schedule.

Assist in day-to-day management of clients’ digital platforms including presentations, community management, primarily focused on YouTube, Instagram & TikTok.

Perform as a front-line resource for online video “best practices”.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications related.

Minimum 2 years experience in an agency setting.

Ability to write in English fluently.

Ability to meet deadlines while closely working with several team members.

Preferred skills

Demonstrated interest in online video and digital influencers.

Strong deck creating skills – both in content and structure.

Agility to work in a fast paced environment and multitask.

Ability to work in a team setting.

Initiator, highly self-motivated, optimistic and positive attitude.
