Territory Sales Manager – South Tampa/Bradenton/Brandon, Florida
Responsibilities
Manage assigned territory, drive sales activity, exceed assigned goals.
Develop territory and account plans, leverage product portfolio, maintain customer relationships.
Execute solution‑oriented approach: identify new product adoption, prospect, deep‑relationship building with vets, distributors, specialist practices, colleges.
Record and report sales activity & customer data in Salesforce and Concur on time.
Plan territory access, attend local conferences, distributor meetings, local VMA, KOL dinners, conferences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
6+ years sales/marketing or B2B (animal health industry strongly preferred).
Proven success in fast‑paced environments; experience in scientific/medical device sales preferred.
Self‑starter; strong communication, technical skills, data literacy; integrity and collaboration.
Willing to make entire territory appointments; flexible work hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
