Digital Marketing Manager
to lead client relationships and guide a small team while overseeing omni-channel digital advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships with our clients, managing day‑to‑day communications, and ensuring campaign goals are met across multiple platforms. In addition to creating and optimizing ad strategies, this role will involve coordinating internal resources and contributing to the growth of both our clients and our agency.
Experience in the Live Event Marketing Industry (particularly Concerts, Fairs, Comedy, Rodeo) and email campaigns, digital strategy, and team management is essential.
Responsibilities
Account Management
Serve as a direct point of contact with clients to provide customer service, develop campaign strategy and seek approvals
Be happy, smile, and bring a positive attitude to our team and our clients
Have a service focussed mindset
Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to digital marketing efforts
Communicate project requirements to designers & video editors pertaining to content creation and revisions
Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for all campaigns
Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
Maintain awareness of current social media marketing and online advertising trends and techniques
Email Marketing
Experience with drafting and scheduling email campaigns
Work with team leads to refine messaging and track performance.
Manage and maintain list segments in multiple email management systems (Mailchimp, Hive, Constant Contact, Ticketmaster, etc)
Paid Media
Manage the creative development process for digital ads
Ability to place and optimize social and digital advertising across all platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Products
Ability to create and manage client advertising budgets
Creative Copywriting
Write engaging captions, email copy, ticketing info, and content ideas.
Match voice and tone to a range of events from comedy clubs to a wide variety of comedians
Media
Basic level of proficiency with Photoshop (resizing images, adding text layers, etc)
Selecting, cutting and editing video using Premiere or Capcut
Compensation
Starting at $80K per year Annual Salary + Health Benefits + Retirement Benefits + Profit Sharing
