Primary accountability for creating and executing a business strategy to penetrate the local market in obtaining completely new Health and Benefits (H&B) clients of the company; Serve as senior Health and Benefits strategist for clients, ensuring that health and welfare plan design meets clients' needs and fits within overall benefits strategy
* Raise awareness of Willis Towers Watson's capabilities in the marketplace through conference appearances and various other profile building venues
* Help to identify and develop future Producer talent
Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in health and welfare plan strategy and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Availability to travel regularly.
* Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
* State life and health license required within 90 days of joining.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
