Job Summary
Executive, Corporate Accounts – Sales role focused on selling Sysmex products and services to Integrated Health Networks/Systems (IDNs/IHNs) in the United States. The position reports to a Corporate Accounts Director and collaborates with Field Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and other personnel to achieve sales objectives within large hospital systems.

Responsibilities

Accountable for achieving sales objectives within assigned IDNs/IHNs annually.

Responsible for self‑directed execution of all stages of the sales journey process.

Demonstrate technical and sales sophistication, professionalism, maturity, tact and diplomacy with customers and Sysmex associates.

Strong interpersonal, persuasive, problem‑solving and project management skills.

Possess at least 5+ years of successful sales experience with an excellent record in large, complex accounts; knowledge of capital sales, hematology, urinalysis, hemostasis, lab workflow and automation instrumentation.

Display urgency, a can‑do attitude and strong desire to set and achieve goals, and lead team efforts.

Responsible for appropriate use of company assets within the defined OPEX budget.

Sell Sysmex products and services to increase market share; develop business plans on assigned accounts, identify influencers, decision makers, resources; project‑manage internal stakeholders within contract limitations.

Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking and leadership.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Light physical effort. Routine handling of objects up to 20 pounds; prolonged sitting, standing, keyboard or CRT work. May require periods of moderate discomfort due to noise, dust, lighting and/or other conditions.

Travel required: 50%.

Qualifications

4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business (required).

5–10 years of sales experience (required). Med Tech experience is optional.

Strong selling and negotiating skills, understanding of Corporate Account impact.

Successful sales record in large, complex accounts.

Microsoft Office competency.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, persuasive, competitiveness, oral and written communication skills.

Ability to analyze sales opportunities, qualify and rank potential for success, manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $140,000–$165,000. Compensation includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, dental), an annual incentive bonus, car allowance, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave, and a 401(k) for eligible employees.
