Community Relationships Leader

First Baptist Church of Midland is seeking a part-time Relationship Leader who will work 20 hours per week to foster a ministry of relationships within the church and community. The role includes engaging families and promoting spiritual growth while leading volunteers to create enriching activities.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing relationships and supporting worship and Bible study initiatives. This is an opportunity to impact lives both inside and outside the church.
