Raider Media Productions Advisor - Spring Season

Hastings High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as Raider Media Productions Advisor – Spring Season.

The Raider Media Productions Advisor leads a student‑driven live sports broadcasting program, overseeing production of athletic events through video, audio, and digital streaming platforms. Responsibilities include recruiting, training and supervising students in pre‑production and broadcasting roles (camera, audio, announcing, production), coordinating event coverage schedules, managing equipment and technology systems, and ensuring high‑quality, professional broadcasts. The advisor collaborates with Hastings Community Television, athletic coaches, and community partners, supervises students during events, and manages logistics, safety, and media compliance.

Candidates are desired to have successful experiences in educational leadership. They should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, be committed to developing and maintaining positive relationships between the program and the local community, and possess strong leadership and technical skills. This position reports to the HHS Athletic Director and Principal, who provide overall job objectives and observe performance.

Compensation/Benefits

$3,000.00 for spring season 2027 (March – early June)
