Marketing Coordinator - Go-To-Market

Responsibilities

Execute campaign, content, and event strategies across industry and service line verticals.
Serve as point of contact for assigned campaigns and marketing programs, initiating creation of content, event execution, and activation.
Coordinate and facilitate task execution using marketing technologies and project management tools.
Plan and implement events and sponsorship projects from initiation to reporting.
Maintain relationships with external partners and associations, negotiate sponsorship benefits, coordinate activation and renewal of sponsorship programs.
Write or edit promotional copy for ads, social media, and email, select images.
Support implementation of multi‑channel campaigns to engage and nurture audiences and drive demand.
Track campaign success and recommend improvements.
Facilitate distribution of digital communications, set up campaigns and marketing lists in CRM and Marketo, secure approvals.
Train practice staff on CRM usage, support data analysis and reporting.
Traffic workflows for marketing collateral and communications; oversee approvals.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of marketing experience, including internships or volunteer positions while earning degree.
Excellent attention to detail, team player, collaborator.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, ON24 platforms, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to multitask and re‑prioritize.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation software is a plus.
Limited travel required.

Compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour.
