Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Works with sales management to develop and execute on the strategic territory business plan

Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified leads by making cold calls and conducting site visits

Sets up meetings with prospects and moves them through client experience

Leverages the expertise of senior members of the sales and operations teams

Logs all sales activity in the CRM (Salesforce)

Collaborates with the sales teams in other regions to discuss strategy and share insights

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B outside sales,

preferably within the staffing industry

Candidates must live in the Central Valley market

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

College degree or equivalent experience

Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation

Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office)

Compensation

On-target earnings (base + commission) with expectations of $105,000

No ceiling on earning potential

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in a technology-focused environment.

Familiarity with technical sales concepts and the ability to understand software products.

Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of successful outbound calling.

Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

A proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
