Driving the evolution of consumer insights, the full-time remote Consumer Experience Insights Lead will synthesize data into actionable narratives, optimize customer journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences.
Key responsibilities
Synthesize behavioral and performance data into clear insights and narratives for stakeholders
Map and analyze digital customer journeys to identify friction points and unmet needs
Collaborate with product, marketing, and UX teams to prioritize improvements and lead testing strategies
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital analytics or consumer experience insights roles
Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and Adobe CJA
Experience with Voice of Customer platforms and delivering actionable recommendations
Strong understanding of web UX, journey mapping, and conversion optimization
