VP of Communications & Public Relations

Nashville Public Radio, Albuquerque, NM, USA

Pay: $85,000-$95,000/yr

Job type: Full Time

Why This Role Matters
The Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce is one of the most influential business organizations in New Mexico. Our voice shapes legislation and drives economic policy at the state and local level- but only if that voice is heard. The Vice President of Communications and Public Relations is the person who makes sure it is.

This is a promotions job. We need someone who thinks instinctively about influence, visibility, and impact. Someone who wakes up asking how do we get our story out there today and goes to bed knowing the answer. The right candidate understands that communications is a strategic tool, not a clerical function, and brings the energy, creativity, and savvy to elevate the Chamber’s profile across every platform and audience we serve. If you are a skilled writer who also thinks like a marketer, builds relationships like a connector, and operates with the urgency of a campaign professional- we want to talk.
