Responsibilities

Research trends and take inspiration from them to produce creative and innovative designs.
Concept, development and modifications.
Produce technical files and develop prototypes with factories and our own sample room.
Present collections.
Requirements

Previous experience in ladies fashion footwear design.
Team managing experience will be a high plus.
Extremely trend oriented.
Experience of managing a team.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
Experience dealing with Chinese suppliers is an advantage.
Fluent in English; Chinese would be an advantage.
