Growing skincare brand is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-paced organization in the beauty, skincare, and wellness industry, working across both consumer and professional audiences.

This full-time, hybrid on site role in Cerritos, California is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy marketing environments. You will collaborate with ecommerce, social media, influencer, and creative teams to help manage daily marketing operations, keep projects moving forward, and ensure launches and campaigns are executed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, launch schedules, and key project milestones

Coordinate cross-functional execution of promotions, campaigns, and product launches

Support the development of campaign recaps, competitive research, and internal presentations

Track deliverables and follow up with team members to help keep projects on schedule

Update project trackers, dashboards, and status reports to provide visibility to leadership

Organize and maintain digital assets and ensure strong file management practices

Assist with updates to marketing collateral, training resources, sell sheets, and event presentations

Compile weekly and monthly performance reports from multiple channels into clear, actionable summaries

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in a marketing, brand coordination, or marketing support role

Previous experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or a related consumer product industry required

Strong project coordination, organization, and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining close attention to detail

Comfort working with marketing data, reporting, and performance summaries

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar platforms

Proficiency with Google Workspace

Collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach

Exposure to both direct-to-consumer and professional or clinical brand environments is preferred
