We are seeking a highly experienced Design Lead with deep expertise in branding, visual design, and a strong creative vision. This role covers brand marketing, web, art direction, performance design, and requires a sharp eye for motion design and video—ideal for someone who thrives on variety and pushes creative boundaries.
Responsibilities will include:
- Playing a strategic and technical role in refining brand strategy as we grow in the beauty and wellness industry
- Working cross-functionally to translate business objectives into creative strategies
- Generating ideas for new, innovative initiatives, performance campaigns, brand campaigns, and programs for a growing customer base
- Leading creative projects across brand marketing, web, art direction, performance design, motion design, and video
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure creative alignment with business goals
- Reporting to the Creative Director
