Looking to cast actresses for the short film "Sofia". ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Rate: Paid.
Location: Miami, Florida. Shoot date: June, exact date TBD. Non-union only (must not be SAG-AFTRA).
Role Requirements
- Strong comedic timing, facial expressions, and physical comedy skills.
- Confident, charismatic on-camera presence.
- Comfortable wearing high heels.
- Should be 5'7\" or taller; a taller presence than the male lead (5'5\") is preferred.
- Must be comfortable under comedic and physical scenes; the role contains minor dialogue but focuses on comedic visual scenes.
- Salsa or basic dance ability is a plus.
- Must be local or able to self-report.
Character Overview
Confident, lively, flirtatious, and larger-than-life. Sofia has a strong screen presence with expressive reactions and natural comedic instincts.
