This position is responsible for developing, editing, proofreading, and fact‑checking written content for corporate marketing purposes through various print and digital channels, while delivering unified and consistent messaging that aligns with the company brand. Additionally, the role is responsible for the audit and maintenance of the central repository archives for project cards, resumes, photography, proposal text and corporate boilerplate, and coordinates between the risk management/contracts department and field proposal personnel to support alternative procurement bid submissions nationwide.
Responsibilities
Develop original written copy for marketing purposes, including corporate brochures, electronic newsletters, corporate boilerplate text, proposals, and presentations.
Manage the archival process with region/group points of contact, organizing pursuit information into SharePoint (SOQs, proposals, debriefs, interview material) to streamline accessibility nationwide.
Develop policies, procedures, process documentation, user guides, style guides, and proposal‑based templates for functional proposal personnel.
Provide quality control on all marketing‑related material (print and electronic) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with disclosure requirements, messaging and brand standards.
Manage the submittal process for industry achievements and awards to support the company’s marketing strategic plan.
Assist the risk management/contracts department and field proposal personnel with the execution of corporate legal/financial pursuit‑related documents and compliance for alternative procurement bid submissions nationwide.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
6–10years of technical writing experience in a mid‑size to large professional services organization.
Prior experience in a publicly‑traded engineering and/or construction industry company is a plus.
Strong English grammar, proofreading, and copy editing skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to provide creative solutions in a high‑pressure, changing-priority environment.
Strong attention to detail, quick learner, internally motivated to seek answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
Ability to set priorities, organize work, and work efficiently in a high‑production environment while responding quickly to changing priorities and tight timelines.
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team, as well as with stakeholders from other departments.
Ability to work in creative and structured, process‑driven environments.
Must be able to receive and incorporate project feedback from managers and team.
Physical Demands

Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
Ability to travel up to 20%, including occasional overnight travel.
Benefits
Base salary range: $69,557 – $104,334. Pay may vary based on experience, skills, location, and education.
