CRM Specialist – Hybrid Targeted Marketing & Loyalty

Job Description
Supports the efforts of the CRM strategy and Loyalty Marketing teams in all targeted marketing (Email, Direct Mail, SMS, App and Loyalty) initiatives. This includes providing inputs on strategy, campaign design, messaging focus, partnering with vendors (AI targeting, Email Service Provider, SMS messaging platform, Mobile App vendor, Loyalty vendor, etc.) and ensuring proper campaign execution (promotion setup, creative brief design, lead special projects from ideation to execution, submission to development, proofing, QA, campaign updates and reporting) and accurate deployment of targeted marketing.

Essential Functions
Additionally, this position will drive strategy and execution on special projects such as supporting targeted marketing for a key product category, special services, and partnership with cross-functional teams (Finance, Social, Merchandising, Stores, Education, ECOM, etc.).

This is not a remote position; it is a hybrid working model onsite 3 days a week at the SBH Support Center located at Legacy West Plano.

Primary Duties

Drives campaign execution for targeted marketing content, promotions, co-ops, and coupon requests, coordinating cross-functionality and external vendors to ensure quality and on-time execution.

Records details of projects on internal schedules and meets all deadlines.

Supports special projects (ad-hoc support on key business driving projects) including strategic input, ideation, coordination of resources, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate execution.

Participates in planning sessions and helps develop full-channel CRM/marketing plans.

Provides other CRM support as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

College degree – Marketing, Business or related fields.

Entry level – 2 years experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts typical of offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles. The employee may need to use safe work practices with office equipment, avoid trips and falls, observe fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. The work is sedentary, with occasional walking, standing, bending, carrying light items such as papers, files, books, small parts, using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required.
