Position: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

Support the Digital Director and Account Executives by managing sales processes and creating opportunities in our systems.
Manage media planning and maintain a small book of business.
Provide tactical support to key accounts, including strategic digital solutions, presentation development, research compilation, meeting preparation, and client communication.
Partner with senior sellers to strategize, pitch, and close new business.
Collaborate with sales development on RFP requests.
Work with digital account managers post‑sale to manage deal health and marketing initiatives.
Generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
Maintain and update key account contacts for iHeart event and program invitations.
Qualifications

3+ years of project management or client‑relationship experience.
Media or agency industry experience required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Solution orientation with strong project and portfolio management skills.
Extremely detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Compensation

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, skills, and market data. $28.85 – $36.06 per hour.
Location

New York, NY – 125 West 55th Street, 10019.
