About the Role
I’m looking for the right videographer to join my team full‑time.

This isn’t a temporary or casual role — I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes storytelling through film. Someone who can shoot, edit, and color grade at a professional level, and wants to grow long‑term with a brand that’s building something global.

You’ll be working closely with me and my business partner to create in‑house content, produce podcasts, cinematic ads, and long‑form / short‑form high‑level cinematic visuals — the kind of content you’ve seen across YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.

Preferred Skills

Experience creating YouTube‑style long‑form and short‑form content.

Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling.

Confident with lighting setups, gimbal operation, and cinematic framing, lighting setups, and audio.

Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Deep understanding of current trends, sound design, viral formats, and platform algorithms.

Manage camera gear, backups, and media transfers.

Help design production workflows and storage systems for scalability.

Assist with podcast studio setup and optimization.

Maintain consistent brand tone, pacing, and cinematic quality across all edits.

Long Form & Short Form Content

Film and produce long‑form videos (YouTube, interviews, BTS footage, educational content).

Handle color grading, lighting, and sound for cinematic‑level results.

Create eyecatching subtitles for video.

Collaborate on concepts, storylines, and visual direction.

Manage organized project files and deliver on tight deadlines.

Be available for on‑site shoots, travel, and creative meetings as needed.

Editing Features Needed

Smooth transitions and cuts.

Professional color grading / LUTS.

Proficient with AI tools and programs (adaptability is a plus).

Audio Mixing & background music.

Attractive Thumbnails for Videos.

Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic visuals and editing skill.

2+ years of professional videography and editing experience.

Proficient with Sony camera systems (FX3, A7 or other preferred equipment).

Advanced understanding of color grading, composition, and lighting.

Skilled in any Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut, or other preferred editing software.

Must be able to work full‑time, in person (based in or near Miami).

Deliver in HD / 4K / Highest quality.

Proficient with AI.

Valid driver’s license; ability to lift/transport gear - reliable transportation.

Fun and open work environment.

All equipment / necessary tools provided and paid for.

Performance‑based bonuses tied to content reach and growth milestones.

Travel opportunities for events / campaigns, interviews, and national productions.

Creative freedom to pitch and execute fresh content ideas.

Collaborative team that values innovation and visual storytelling.

Why Join Us
This is an opportunity to be part of a fast‑growing global brand that’s redefining its industry. You’ll be creating content that inspires and impacts people worldwide — not just behind the camera, but behind a movement.

As our company scales, this role can evolve into Head of Content Production, managing a team of editors and creative producers.

If you’re hungry to create, passionate about film, and ready to bring big ideas to life daily — this is your moment.
