Job Description:

Building and executing the organic social strategy across all major platforms
Identifying trends, hooks, formats, and storytelling styles that are gaining traction within apparel, shapewear, beauty, and lifestyle categories
Developing creative concepts and content series designed to increase engagement, shares, saves, watch time, and organic growth
Turning performance insights into actionable creative directions and structured content testing
Leading the aesthetic and creative direction of Shapermint’s social channels
Creating strong creative briefs with clear hooks, narratives, format direction, and platform-specific execution guidance
Using AI tools daily to accelerate trend analysis, competitor research, ideation, and creative workflows
Tracking social KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve both engagement and revenue contribution
Managing content calendars and coordinating execution across internal teams and external partners
Bringing fresh, unexpected, and culturally relevant ideas to the table consistently
Requirements:

4–6 years of experience managing social media for apparel, shapewear, beauty, intimates, or DTC lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of what performs organically on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and short-form video platforms today
Strong creative taste and understanding of modern fashion/lifestyle storytelling
Experience developing creative strategies and translating business goals into platform-native content
Comfortable working with dashboards, performance metrics, and attribution data to guide decisions
Active use of AI tools as part of the daily workflow for research, ideation, competitor analysis, and optimization
Fluent English communication skills.
