Next Chapter Industries is seeking a creative and self-motivated student to manage social media for a South Bay-based fiction writer working across novels, film, and television.
This is a part-time independent contractor role, approximately 3-4 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Compensation is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage author social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X)
Create engaging content that reflects the author’s dark, provocative storytelling brand
Grow audience and engagement organically
Report on performance metrics monthly
Qualifications:
Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills
Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Passion for storytelling, entertainment, or the arts a plus
