Seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the bulk liquid storage and logistics sector. This role is responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from proactive business development and market intelligence gathering to high-level contract negotiation and long-term account management.

Responsibilities
Proactively pursue and secure new commercial opportunities for bulk liquid storage and intermodal terminaling services across Houston and Charleston
Draft proposals, structure commercial terms, and finalize complex storage and terminaling agreements while ensuring legal and operational alignment
Manage ongoing customer relations, conduct regular client performance reviews, and directly address and resolve customer issues or complaints
Gather local market intelligence to help shape proactive marketing strategies and provide regular sales pipeline and activity reports to leadership
Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure contract compliance, coordinate technical details, and assist in the collection of outstanding revenues
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the bulk liquid storage and logistics sector
No degree is required
Strong business development and account management skills
