Traditional & Cross-Channel Media Manager

to join our client’s team in

Orlando, FL . This is a

hybrid, direct hire

position.

SALARY:

$90,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years managing paid media across multiple channels, with experience in traditional media such as television, radio, print, direct mail, and streaming/CTV

Experience supporting media budgets of 7- to 8-figures

Proven success leading media strategy, execution, and optimization

Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, assess channel performance, and optimize results

Exceptional project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience collaborating with creative, analytics, sales, operations, and field teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and oversee the traditional media strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation, partner selection, pacing, and KPIs

Manage and optimize campaigns across TV, radio, print, direct mail, and streaming/CTV platforms

Lead daily vendor relationships, including planning, buying, campaign execution, and performance reviews

Use reporting tools and dashboards to evaluate ROI, cost per lead/ acquisition, and overall media effectiveness

Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance data capture and support marketing measurement efforts

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and broader team to align campaign strategies and performance insights across channels

Cross-train with digital and non-traditional marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution

Build scalable media planning and operational processes, including budgeting and vendor management

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging channels to continuously improve media strategies

As the role evolves, potentially assume people management responsibilities, including mentoring team members and optimizing workflows
