About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented

Graphic Designer

that has past screen printing and embroidery experience and that has basic knowledge of Excel to join our growing team.

This is a

hands‑on, hybrid role

that bridges creativity and operations — ideal for someone with a

graphic design background

who understands

screen printing and embroidery artwork

and wants to learn the operational side of production.

What You’ll Be Doing
Creative & Production Tasks

Prepare and format artwork for

screen printing, embroidery, and DTF

using

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop .

Review and proof files for proper sizing, color separations, and embroidery digitizing (DST, EMB, PDF formats).

Communicate with the creative and production teams to ensure designs are accurate and ready for production.

Maintain organized digital folders and assist with mockups, client approvals, and new design requests.

Operations & Support Tasks

Track production jobs and assist with scheduling to keep projects moving efficiently.

Help maintain logs and reports using

basic Excel/Google Sheets

(SUM formulas, sorting, filtering).
