Engineering process documentation specialist position for a manufacturing company.
The focus is on improving the engineering documentation process, and is not manufacturing or production focused.
Primary responsibilities will include:.
Responsible for engineering process documentation, ensuring clarity, structure and accessibility.
Develop and standardize workflows across product development and engineering life cycle.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in engineering processes and implement improvements.
Lead process mapping and documentation efforts for new and existing engineering initiatives.
Serve as the central owner of process clarity across engineering teams.
BS or BA degree preferred. 5+ years experience in engineering process documentation.
Strong ability to simplify and structure complex technical processes.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
