The Role
We’re looking for a Midweight Digital Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to play a key role in executing and delivering creative assets to support 360° campaigns.
This role is primarily focused on driving high‑quality digital output at scale, from concept through final delivery across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with senior creatives to bring campaigns to life, while taking ownership of large volumes of assets and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visual excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to take on more ownership and eventually guide junior designers as the team grows.
In this role you’ll get to:
Lead the creation and delivery of digital assets across social, email, Shopify, Amazon, and more to support 360° campaigns
Translate creative direction into polished, on‑brand, high‑performing design
Manage large volumes of assets with strong organization and consistency
Work closely with the Art Director and cross‑functional teams
Ensure all deliverables meet platform specs and performance requirements
Support and eventually mentor junior designers
Assist with photoshoot prep and be on set when needed
What we are looking for in you:
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic or digital design
BA in Graphic Design or related field
Expert‑level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage and deliver large volumes of work with speed and precision
Highly detail‑oriented with a strong grasp of file organization, naming conventions, and digital specifications with the ability to execute flawlessly across platforms
Ability to take direction while also working independently and owning projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in beauty and/or fashion (preferred)
A strong portfolio that demonstrates design across multiple channels
