Job Overview:

The University of South Dakota is seeking an Assistant Director for the Wellness Center and Natatorium to lead our intramural program, e-sports, and routinely incorporate new and rising sports and recreational activities for wellness center patrons.

Position is full-time, located in Vermillion, SD. Requires evenings and weekends at times.

Responsibilities

Lead the intramural program and e-sports initiatives.

Incorporate new and emerging sports and recreational activities into the Wellness Center offerings.

Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Wellness Center and Natatorium.

Coordinate with staff and volunteers to support program delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in managing recreational or sports programs.

Knowledge of e‑sports and emerging trends in recreational activities.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work evenings and weekends.
