Role Summary
As an Associate on the BP&O team, you will help translate business strategy into actionable plans, metrics, and processes that improve how quickly and effectively the Ads organization executes. You will work across regions and functions to support the organization’s growth and operational effectiveness, providing leaders with the structure and insights needed for faster, better‑informed decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & OKR Management: Contribute to alignment and management of organization‑wide objectives and key results, lead progress tracking and support transparent communication of results.
Rhythm of Business Coordination: Maintain operating cadence for planning, execution, and review; coordinate key business processes, leadership forums and milestone reviews.
Cross‑Functional & Regional Coordination: Act as connector across regions and functions, facilitating information flow, sharing best practices and scaling learnings.
Operational Excellence Stewardship: Support high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives that drive operational improvement and business transformation, partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement scalable solutions and guide change.
Program & Project Leadership: Support execution of strategic programs, remove barriers, drive alignment and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and to standard.
About You
4–6years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, sales operations or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data sets, building dashboards and translating numbers into clear narratives and recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of creating crisp documents and presentations for senior audiences that clarify trade‑offs and support faster decisions.
Highly organized with a bias toward action and an ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to structure unclear problems and move work forward without a lot of hand‑holding.
Curious and quick to learn; ramp fast on unfamiliar topics and dig into problems independently.
Compensation
Annual salary range: $155,000.00 – $240,000.00. Salary and stock options are elective each year.
