The Digital Engagement Solutions Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end sales, marketing, and member engagement digital campaigns, coordinating and supporting campaign implementation, including emails, cloud pages, and marketing content. The incumbent will create, edit, and manage subscriber data, assist in segmentation with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Support team, test campaigns for proper function and rendering, and own campaign performance reporting. The incumbent will work extensively in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and alongside the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Support team and stakeholders to optimize and deliver scalable, dynamic digital communication.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years’ relevant experience in one of these fields will be considered.
Certification: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification must be obtained within one (1) year of hire date.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years’ experience in coordinating digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge in SMS/MMS development and email HTML, CSS, AMPScript, and mobile-responsive coding. Demonstrated understanding of email and text development best practices and industry standards. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other marketing automation platforms), particularly Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio, and email development tools preferred. Experience in technical audience segmentation, SQL-derived query reporting, and A/B testing methodologies preferred.

Assists with other division advertising, communications, consumer experience and public relations activities, as assigned.
Coordinates digital communication tactics, including email and text campaign mapping, deployment and reporting in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Helps manage member communication and subscriber data.
Monitors and analyzes Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns and adjusts tactics as needed.
Stays informed on email, text and Salesforce Marketing Cloud trends and continually implements best practices accordingly.
