What You’ll Be Working On
Grading and drainage design
Stormwater management and storm drain systems
Roadway, water, and sewer design
Sediment & erosion control plans
Subdivision and land development permitting
Coordination with internal survey, planning, and engineering teams
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of civil engineering/site development experience
Strong AutoCAD experience (Civil 3D required)
Experience with land development projects
Understanding of subdivision design and permitting
EIT or PE is a plus, but not required

Direct exposure to large-scale residential development projects
Clear long-term growth path
Collaborative team environment
Hybrid flexibility (3 days/week in office)
Strong compensation, bonus potential, and benefits package
Opportunity to work on impactful residential development projects throughout the region
