An established engineering and consulting group is looking to add a Civil Engineer Designer to their growing Princeton-area team. This group works closely alongside surveyors, planners, and engineers on residential land development projects throughout the region, giving engineers the ability to stay heavily involved in design while gaining exposure to the full development process.

This role is ideal for someone with 5-10 years of civil/site design experience who enjoys grading, stormwater management, utility design, and subdivision layouts and wants to continue growing technically while stepping into more responsibility and mentorship over time.

What You’ll Be Working On

Grading and drainage design

Stormwater management and storm drain systems

Roadway, water, and sewer design

Sediment & erosion control plans

Subdivision and land development permitting

Coordination with internal survey, planning, and engineering teams

What They’re Looking For

5+ years of civil engineering/site development experience

Strong AutoCAD experience (Civil 3D required)

Experience with land development projects

Understanding of subdivision design and permitting

EIT or PE is a plus, but not required
