Marketing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to execute social media programs, marketing campaigns, and content initiatives. This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring consistent execution of established marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and experienced in campaign execution, social media management, and content production, with strong creative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Planning & Execution
Execute social media plans, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely, accurate posting
Engage with audiences and monitor activity across channels
Maintain social and content calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate across teams to ensure messages and timing align with events and priorities
Campaign Execution & Messaging
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns based on defined strategies and messaging
Manage campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment on campaign assets
Measure campaign effectiveness and maintain stakeholder and leadership reports
Content Development & Publication
Coordinate development of blogs, emails, social posts, campaign assets, case studies and larger content pieces
Manage internal review and approval processes
Schedule and publish content across channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with external partners (digital and PR agencies, writer) to align on deliverables, timing and internal stakeholder involvement
Creative Production
Design and edit marketing assets for social media, campaigns, and digital channels
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint and Canva to produce visuals
Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign requirements
Adapt existing creative for various formats and channels
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5 years of experience in marketing execution, social media management, or campaign coordination
Experience supporting or executing ABX/account-based campaigns
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience managing timelines and coordinating across teams
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, SalesForce, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent project management and ability to collaborate across teams
Ability to adapt and work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
