Oslo Residency for Nordic/Baltic Artists — Access & Dialogue

On the Move is offering a three-month residency in Oslo for artists and cultural practitioners from Nordic/Baltic countries, running from 16 September to 16 December 2026. The program explores access, language, learning, and institutional change, involving collaboration with young people.
Selected residents will receive accommodation, shared studio space, a stipend of 1,600 EUR per month, travel support of 350 EUR, and a materials allowance of 400 EUR. Applications are welcome from those interested in engaging with youth and cultural institutions.
