Summary
Lead creative strategy and authorship across brand channels, translating high-level direction into clear, scalable visual systems. Drive concept development and oversee execution across photography, video, digital, social, print, OOH, and retail while partnering with senior leadership and the project team. Mentor and develop a creative team to elevate output and ensure consistent brand standards.
Responsibilities
Define and evolve the brand creative direction in partnership with senior creative leadership.
Create campaign concepts, visual frameworks, and clear creative lanes for consistent execution.
Oversee production and on-set direction for photoshoots, video, and key brand moments.
Translate direction into actionable guidance and systems that enable team autonomy and high-quality output.
Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to designers, photographers, and creative staff.
Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in art direction or creative leadership, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
A portfolio demonstrating strong taste, concept-driven work, and a clear point of view.
Proven ability to generate ideas and translate them into cohesive, high-quality work.
Experience leading creative teams, developing processes, and building scalable systems.
Deep knowledge of design, photography, video, cross-channel best practices, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
