Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and Minimum 8 years of work experience

Relevant Work Experience

Minimum 8 years of work experience, with 6+ years in progressive roles in advertising, media, marketing, brand strategy and activation, communications, consulting, operations and/or program management, required.

3-5 years Experience managing a team, preferred.

Experience with evaluating, and producing creative for both traditional and digital channels, required.

Experience in omni-channel paid media planning and strategy, including both traditional and digital channels, required.

Ability to help solve problems, wherever they arise, required.

Demonstrate independent judgment, critical thinking and initiative, required.

Collaborative team member who has worked in a highly integrated team environment, required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Co-pilot), required.

Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Oracle, Google tools including GA4 and Looker Studio, preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.

Agency billing and accounts payable experience, preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds

Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds

Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday

Ability to read small print and symbols

Work rotating shifts, including nights, midnights, weekends and holidays

Additional Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
